Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis with RTT therapy - fast and effective help for you.

How does it work?

1. Introductory call (15-20min.) to discuss the course of therapy and whether we are suitable for each other.

2. Hypnotherapy (90-120min).

3. Hypnosis recording is sent within 24h.

4. The recording is listened to for 21 days.

5. Short support meetings after 2, 10 and 21 days.

Talk therapy

A therapeutic conversation for those who don't want to delve into the subconscious yet, but feel the need to talk things out or clear up a problem.

How does it work?

An introductory call (10 min.) to discuss the course of therapy and whether we are suitable for each other.

Conversation therapy (60-90 min).

The hypnosis/meditation recording is sent within 12 hours.
